Petres is made up of three double bedroom villas : Avra, Petra and Riza. Each at different heights of the valley, giving a feeling of privacy if desired, but also a feeling of community if wanted, through interconnecting paths.

Each villa has been created & curated with acute attention resulting in distinctly different details echoing similar spaces. They have been created specifically for indoor outdoor living, inviting visitors to enjoy cooking & eating inside but also breezing out to the BBQ & fire oven. Light, free, easy living.

The villas can be rented separately, with private access to each home, designated parking spaces, own swimming pool & outdoor barbecue areas - separated by nature, and ‘petres’/stone walls.

Alternatively as originally imagined for Petres, the full property can be rented, hosting up to 18 people and becoming a small interlocked community sharing spaces, levels and experiences together.

BEACH

Nearby with just a 15 minute walk you can find a historically marked path that leads you to a  private unspoilt beach - no car access! Expect to be accompanied by local sheep roaming the untouched land until you set eyes on the crystal clear waters. 

With two old ‘apothiki’ stone houses which once hosted the onions & vegetables for the island, this quiet beach captivates in its simplicity.
